The Precision Galvanized Steel Stamping Parts Heavy Gage Brackets assembly shown here was designed to house the radiator in class 8 trucks for a major for Safety Equipment manufacturer. The brackets components were stamped from 2mm thick galvanized steel on our 200 ton press machinery, and then assembled with the use of our advanced PEM rivet system.

Material: Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, Steel , Nickel and nickel alloys
5 ton to 600 ton single and progressive die stamping
Progressive Die, Single die, Deep draw, Blanking / Piercing, turret punch, bending, laser cut
Secondary operations: Drilling and tapping, cnc machining, grinding, EDM cutting, heat treating, stress relieving, welding, laser, argon and spot welding, riveting
Finish: Anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, silkscreen and pad printing
