We are dedicated to provide every customer with quality CNC machined parts. Our CNC manufacturing facility also houses a wide variety of state-of-the-art CNC machines; here are the in-house capabilities of CNC at our company.
CNC milling devices are the most widely used type of CNC machine. Having a variety of different material options and machine options allows us to come up with the perfect solutions for our customers. From prototype to production, CNC milled components up to 5 axis machining and precision to +/-0.0002 inches on most features if required. Parts can up to 62x30x16 inches.
CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape. From prototype to production, CNC turned parts including off axis mill/turn. Precision to +/-0.0002 inches on most features can be provided if required. Also, Parts can up to 18 inches in diameter and 22 inches long.
Sheet metal is metal formed by an industrial process into thin, flat pieces. Sheet metal is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking and it can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. We offer various CNC sheet metals including die stamping, laser cutting and CNC bending, welded assemblies are also included..
We have full inspection reports upon request from our dedicated quality staff. Calibrated inspection equipment including a computerized CMM waiting is waiting for your project. There is no worry about our CNC quality.
The materials of CNC are parts from any non-hazardous material including plastic, aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium, copper, and brass. Material certifications are available if requested at time of order.

We are proud of our in-house CNC capabilities; Besides, we have a full range of in-house capabilities for repairing and are dedicated transporting, which means we are able to pick up and deliver CNC products at anytime. You can send us your drawing or solid model with your required delivery date and within four hours you will receive a free quote. We can quote from any solid model format.
