All necessary SPC on critical dimensions and certifications are included with shipments. We have a long history of producing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in all levels as needed.
Quality Inspection and Testing
Making products with consistent high-quality requires good process control techniques combined with advanced equipment. At Ningbo OEM, we make sure every project includes these steps for quality assurance:
1.Design for Manufacturing review for all quotes provided 2.Contract review upon receipt of PO 3.Incoming materials inspection 4.First article and in-process inspection 5.Final inspection and testing with reports and certifications as required
