The machine adopts 800*800 mm double - switch worktable, which can't only process the larger parts, but also can rotate separately. It is most suitable for milling, boring, tapping, two - dimensional and industries.

The general machining center has a resolution of 1 m, the maximum feed speed is 15 ~ 25 m / Min and the positioning accuracy is about l0 m. The high precision machining center, the resolution is 0.1 m, the maximum feed speed is 15 ~ 100 m / Min and the positioning accuracy is about 2 m. Between 2 ~ L 0 M and 5 m more, it can be called the precision level. However, they can be processed with stable quality, high machining accuracy, and can process complex surfaces that are difficult to process, and can even process parts of the process that can not be observed.

 

So, in general, the different classification of NC machining technology is based on different actual production conditions.
