The Precision Galvanized Steel Stamping Parts Heavy Gage Brackets assembly shown here was designed to house the radiator in class 8 trucks for a major for Safety Equipment manufacturer. The brackets components were stamped from 2mm thick galvanized steel on our 200 ton press machinery, and then assembled with the use of our advanced PEM rivet system.
