Precision Metal Stamping & Laser Cutting Sheet Metal Fabrication of U shape stainless Steel Brackets for the Military

The stainless steel mounting bracket shown here was manufactured for military use, and is composed of a high strength stainless steel 17-4Ph. Fabrication required laser cutting and metal stamping; laser cutting was used to cut the blanks in preparation for stamping. Quality control was maintained through the use of dimensional inspections that included measurements using micrometers, calipers, and a CMM.
